An unusual and noteworthy Siberian Iris with flowers boasting six flat slightly reflexed petals, soft violet-pink flushed butterscotch at the base, above narrow grass-like foliage in early summer.

Tolerant of damp sites, plant this exquisite Iris close to water where you can enjoy its reflection too, or in a reliably moist border in the sun.  Useful for adding delicate verticality to a scheme, its soft tones combine beautifully with whites, soft oranges and blues.  It thrives in any reasonable, moist soil in the sun or part shade.
