We specialise in providing high-quality perennial plants including but not limited to: ACANTHOPHYLLUM, ACANTHUS, ACHILLEA, ACIS, ACONITUM, ACTAEA, ADENOPHORA, AGASTACHE, AGERATUM, AJUGA, ALCALTHAEA, ALCEA, ALCHEMILLA, ALLIUM, ALSTROEMERIA, ALTHAEA, AMSONIA and other botanical varieties. We make every effort to display our plants as accurately as possible, but please note that natural variations may occur.

2.2 Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

2.3 Availability

All orders are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we cannot supply a particular plant, we will notify you promptly and offer a suitable alternative or full refund.

3. Ordering and Payment

3.1 Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase which we accept by sending a confirmation email. This creates a legally binding contract.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted systems.

3.3 Order Processing

Orders are carefully hand-picked and packed by our team. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx, typically arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50, shipped via EMS, typically arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

4.2 Delivery Areas

We currently ship to most regions except parts of Asia and select remote areas. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before ordering.

4.3 Delivery Issues

Please ensure someone is available to receive your plants. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability. Any additional costs incurred for redelivery will be your responsibility.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Returns Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return or exchange policy from the date you receive your items.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and viability of all our living products, we are unable to accept returns on live plants, bulbs, and rhizomes unless they arrive dead or damaged. If your plant arrives damaged or DOA (Dead on Arrival), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

5.3 Returns Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our instructions and Returns Authorisation Number.
3. Carefully repack the plant(s) and ship to the address we provide.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when creating an account and placing an order, including correct shipping address and contact details.

6.2 Plant Care

Upon receipt, it is your responsibility to provide appropriate care for your plants. We provide care instructions, but ultimate success depends on local conditions and your gardening practices.

Our liability for any claim arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products is limited to the purchase price of the products in question. We are not liable for:
