Uvularia perfoliata is commonly known as bellwort. Erect stems bear light green lance-shaped leaves and large pendulous buttery yellow flowers during spring.

This plant will flourish in your beds and borders when planted in a humus-rich soil and dense or dappled shade. Ideal for woodland gardens, low maintenance borders and under planting of shrubs.
